The Body Energy Institute in Virginia Beach is a health and spiritual resource center that is dedicated to the study and application of health and spiritual oriented applications. Yoga, Bodywork, and Breathwork are the primary modalities that are offered. Our curriculum has practical training in addressing the body as a whole. Courses offered range from personal to professional skills. Certifications and continuing education are also a part of our programs. We are approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork as a continuing education approved provider.

From Norfolk get on 44/264 east go to the North Lynnhaven Exit follow
that until it dead ends on Virginia Beach Boulevard. Take a right and go
two stoplights, that will be North Great Neck Road there is a Hardee’s on the corner. Take a left go all the way to the first stoplight that will be Old Great Neck Road. Turn left onto Old Great Neck Road; the first street is Kenstock Drive, make a right and the next right into the parking lot. It’s

From the oceanfront take Laskin Road or Virginia Beach Boulevard west. They come together at London Bridge. There will be a Hardee’s on the right. Turn right on North Great Neck Road. Go all the way to the first stoplight that will be Old Great Neck Road. Turn left onto Old Great Neck, the first street is Kenstock Drive; make a right and the next right into the parking lot. The suite is 101. The old name is still on the building Breathworks and Alternative Therapies.

From Shore Drive take a right on North Great Neck Road. Go to Old Great Neck Road and turn right. The first street is Kenstock Drive turn right and make a right into the parking lot.
