This course is for those looking to bring more depth to working with their chakras. This weekend you will explore a series of self-sensing exercises. Address the seven centers of consciousness while working in altered states. Energize the body with breath and awarenessof each chakra to bring a blanced state of mind

In this workshop we focus on the following topics: learning how to stay present with the breath and feel the energies in the chakra system, comprehension and understanding of the anatomy of breath and the human energy field, working with the breath and the energy field, grounding technique exercises, and looking within yourself to experience the power of being in the present moment. We also explore how colors affect us and our emotions
Topics will include:
Anatomy of organs of respiration
Experiencing the innate intelligence of the breath
Breath and the nervous system
Examining and opening to breath restrictions
Changing the breath with intention and consciousness
Addressing prana—the link between body and mind
