This course will provide the student with the principles of conscious breathing to restore balance in the body and to affect the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of the whole being. Students will experience a progressive sequence of self-sensing exercieses that reveal deeply seated and often unconscious feeling and bring clarity and awareness of the students's own breathing patterns. The emphasis is on bringing awareness to the subtle energies of the breath. The tuition for this course is $250.

Exploring the Chakras

This workshop brings more depth to working with your chakras. During the weekend, explore a series of self sensing exercises and working with partners to establish the sense and feel of the elements of the chakras while playing with the colors of each chakra. Address the seven centers of consciousness while working in altered states. Learn to energize the body with the breath and awareness of each chakra to bring about a balanced state of mind. Explore the power of intention and the movement of prana. Learn how to balance and clear the astral track of emotions. Gain awareness of the experience of being in the present moment. Learn to feel the energy of the subtle body. Cost: $250.00 ($200 if paid in full 4 weeks ahead)

In this class you will learn how to bring awareness to staying present with the breath and feel the energies in the chakra system. Comprehension and understanding of the anatomy of breath and the human energy field, the chakras and working with the breath and grounding technique exercises. How to look within yourself to experience the power of being in the present moment. We also explore the effect of colors and emotions on the body Students will participate in a series of self sensing exercises designed to bring awareness to breath and the chakras. This class will provide the student with a deeper awareness and comprehension of the charka system and surrounding energy fields. Class instruction will expand upon what we learned in the Introduction to Body Energy class with emphasis on learning how to see sense or feel the fields more clearly. Students will learn to work with mudras, hand and body postures that influence energy flows. Textbooks are included with this class. The tuition for this class is $250.00 ($200 if paid in full 4 weeks ahead) No Prerequisite

Introduction to Craniosacral Therapy

This introductory course acquaints students with the basics of Craniosacral Therapy, a gentle hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the function of the Craniosacral system. along with some basic techniques you can use in your practice and for your own health. This modality enhances the body’s natural healing potential by improving the function of the central nervous system. It is effective in dissipating the negative effects of stress, improve health and strengthen resistance to disease. This is an Upledger approved course. The tuition for this class is $250.00. Textbooks are $30.00.
